The brief

Vibe-Vaults is our own product, not client work. We initiated it, designed it and we operate it.

It is an embeddable feedback widget that agencies place on the sites they build. Incoming feedback lands in a shared management interface.

What the system contains

Authentication and permissions

User accounts, sign in and role based access control.

Real time features

Incoming feedback appears in the interface immediately, without reloading the page.

Management interface

A single view where feedback can be reviewed and worked through.

Subscription management

Handling of subscription plans inside the product.

The outcome

The product is built and available at vibe-vaults.com.

It stacks several layers on top of each other: authentication, permissions, real time updates, a management interface and subscription handling. For an agency, that is the useful signal here. It shows we can carry a multi layered application through to completion, not only a presentation site.
